What is a Street Team?
A street team is a group of individuals, usually fans, who participate actively on a local level to promote an artist. From passing out flyers, to attending artist events, voting and requesting the artist's music and participating in online activities, to coming up with creative ways of spreading the word effectively, street teams take an active role in local promotion.
